Junior BJJ (4 - 7 yrs)
Our Juniors BJJ classes are all about fun, movement, and learning the basics in a safe and supportive environment. Kids develop coordination, balance, confidence, and discipline through games and simple Jiu-Jitsu drills. We focus on fundamental movements, teamwork, listening skills, and respect, all while making sure they enjoy being on the mats.

Kids Competition BJJ (10 - 15 yrs)
Our Kids BJJ Competition class is designed for young athletes preparing for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. The class focuses on competition-specific techniques, situational drilling, and controlled sparring to build skill, confidence, and mental toughness in a safe and supportive environment. Students learn how to apply techniques under pressure while developing discipline, focus, and good sportsmanship.

Kids Striking Fundamentals (8 - 15yrs)
Our Kids Striking Fundamentals classes teach the basics of boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing in a safe and supportive environment. Suitable for all levels, kids learn proper striking technique, footwork, pad work, and defence while building confidence, fitness, discipline, and control.
Class Requirements
MMA gloves (ideally 7oz hybrid MMA gloves) or well-fitted boxing gloves, shin guards, rashguard, pocket-free shorts or leggings, mouthguard, water bottle

Open Mat
Open Mat is an unstructured training session where members can drill techniques, roll, spar, or work on specific areas at their own pace. Open to all levels, it’s a great opportunity to train with different partners, get feedback from coaches, and develop your skills in a relaxed, community-focused environment. Don’t forget to finish your session with the sauna.

Our Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to improve power, endurance, speed, and overall athletic performance for MMA and general training. Sessions use functional strength, conditioning, and explosive movements to build resilience, prevent injury, and support performance on the mats and in the cage. Suitable for all levels.
