  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

    A popular combat sport with its own principles which can be learnt and practiced easily. Combining a variety of fighting styles from a mixture of other striking martial arts including BJJ, boxing, kickboxing & wrestling, gain personal development through learning endurance, grappling and striking techniques.

  • Striking for MMA

    Our striking classes are specially designed in accordance with our MMA program. This class focuses on perfecting both technique and endurance to develop effective combinations of footwork, head movement, punching and avoidance skills. We use a combination of boxing and kickboxing techniques including stand up striking and clinching techniques to defeat opponents using punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. Our energetic classes focus on the development of basic techniques and movements with ongoing training to master skills for maximum efficiency and build great aerobic & anaerobic endurance.

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

    Focusing on technique and leverage rather than strength, ”Jiu-Jitsu” means gentle art and is a grappling orientated (and highly addictive!) martial arts sport. Our BJJ classes are a great way to get fit, learn self-defence and improve your balance and coordination.

  • Kids/teens BJJ (8 - 15 yrs)

    Our engaging and interactive BJJ classes place an emphasis on discipline, techniques and fitness while promoting valuable social and self-defence skills in a fun environment. Classes run all year long including school holidays.

  • Kids MMA (8 - 15 yrs)

    This program has been designed to introduce kids into the world of MMA. Our engaging and interactive MMA classes place an emphasis on discipline, striking techniques and fitness while promoting valuable social and self-defence skills in a fun environment. Classes run all year long including school holidays.

  • Kids Wrestling (8 - 15 yrs)

    Our kids wrestling program offers a range of freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling techniques that aims to teach kids how to gain an advantage over their opponent within a given rule set. Our wrestling program is taught by coach Alister Yong who holds a position on the WA wrestling board.

  • Junior BJJ (4 - 7 yrs)

    Our junior BJJ program has been specially designed to introduce younger kids into the world of BJJ. This class is taught both Gi and No-Gi by coaches Alister Yong, Brandon Drilich and Anthony Drilich.
